Super-Sonic Jazz Festival 2023 · MoTo TroKo

The MoTo TroKo Family Night is the showcase night of Amsterdam’s youngest generation of musicians. MoTo TroKo is short for Mokums Toeter & Trommel Kollektief. More than two dozen young musicians from all corners of Amsterdam have worked with Dirk and Lourens (Gallowstreet & Valvetronic) to create a new brass band. Inspired by Kinetika Bloco and Tomorrow’s Warriors, this group aims to rejuvenate instrumental wind music and pass it on to the next generation. MoTo TroKo’s shows guarantee a fat party! They have already performed at the April Festivals and Rolling Kitchens, and now they are ready for their biggest show yet in Paradiso and to kick off Super-Sonic Jazz Festival 2023.
