Hiatus Kaiyote

Hiatus Kaiyote is an idiosyncratic future-soul quartet from Australia. The band burst onto the scene in 2012 with their debut album ‘Tawk Tomahawk’. The record was acclaimed by the likes of Prince, Questlove, Erykah Badu, Animal Collective, and Dirty Projectors, earning them a Grammy nomination. A second nomination followed in 2015 with their follow-up ‘Choose Your Weapon’. Their eclectic sound is characterized by a unique blend of various genres, including soul, funk, jazz, and electronic music, which has garnered them a global audience. This year, the album ‘Love Heart Cheat Code’ will be released, and on October 16th, they will perform it live at Paradiso.
